Description

PROCAS was founded in the 1990s to address an unmet need in the government contracting market. Accounting software solutions at the time were overly expensive and unnecessarily difficult to use. The lack of a better accounting solution was hindering companies from entering the government contracting market.

The company was inspired by a simple concept - aligning the way accounting software functioned with the way people actually work.

PROCAS was founded on two guiding principles: 1. Keep it simple. Don't over-complicate things unnecessarily and 2. Be helpful and simplify the government contracting market for new entrants.

The PROCAS team strives to make our clients feel confident, connected, and cared for. If clients have questions, they can access training videos on-demand or call the PROCAS help desk which is staffed by U.S.-based individuals with accounting expertise who are happy to help. PROCAS is a practitioner of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and PROCAS software is updated every two weeks with improvements based on market developments and customer feedback.
