Our client, who is a leader in developing lifting solutions, manufacturing and aftermarket support, is seeking a Welder to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proficiently performing welding tasks according to specifications and quality standards. While possessing a Red Seal certification is not mandatory, the candidate must hold valid CWB certificates for FCAW.

What’s the Job?
- Perform welding tasks using Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) techniques in flat, horizontal, and vertical up positions.
- Interpret and follow welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Set up welding equipment, including selecting appropriate welding tools and materials.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of welded joints, making adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
What’s Needed?
- CWB certificates for Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) in flat, horizontal, and vertical up positions are mandatory.
- Proven experience as a welder, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating welding equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
