Pay Rate:
Starting hourly pay rate: $20-21/hour
Shift Available:
12:00 am-8:30 am, Tuesday through Saturday
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Performing preventative maintenance on facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and climate-controlled areas like freezers and coolers
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and assessing machine and system failures and issues
- Operating maintenance diagnostics equipment and assisting with the build-out of new facility areas as needed, such as breakrooms and offices

Candidates for this position should possess expertise in facility and system maintenance procedures, with strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, welding, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical operations. You should be capable of sitting, standing, or walking for prolonged periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds if necessary.
