Maintenance Technician Job Details:
- Shifts: 10 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday
- Compensation: $20-$30 per hour
Requirements: The ideal candidate should have experience with 480 Voltage and electrical systems while also understanding and complying with company policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned are also embraced as part of the role. Successful candidates will bring 3-5 years of relevant experience to the role.
The Maintenance Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of both internal and external areas within a manufacturing and warehouse facility. Responsibilities include maintaining manufacturing equipment such as cranes, air compressors, dock doors, and forklifts, as well as performing electrical and air/pneumatic work. They oversee external services and repairs, including addressing compressed air leaks and managing tool maintenance programs and spare parts inventory. Additionally, they prioritize maintenance requests, support the plant asset register, and conduct training effectively as needed. Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, adhering to safety protocols, and participating in Kaizen events are essential aspects of the role.
