Job Description: Site Service Owner

Location: JERSEY CITY (US:07097), NJ

This position will have accountability for the End to End MAKE Technology for a J&J Tier 3 Manufacturing site. This will entail delivery of Infrastructure Services and Application and platform Build (Development) and Run (Support) services.

This includes managing the monitoring of application and platform performance, service health performance metrics, change management, development for projects and enhancements, ticketing and resolution of incidents, resolution of identified problems, execution of releases associated TLM and Problem Management.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of MAKE business processes and their IT needs. There will be responsibility to manage contracted resources. Experience in a matrixed environment and leading support teams is required.

Responsible for overall site health and infrastructure environment - Monitors service levels, tracks metrics/analytics, and ensures site health of TS services
Interacts with MLL platform owners to problem-solve future-state requirements
Interacts with multiple MLL stakeholders
Execution systems, plant engineers and technicians and MLL IT
Maintains IT facilities ownership (e.g., local computer rooms)
Performs site-level Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), CMDB related to TS services
Provide innovative ways of problem solving and implementing system improvements
Collaborate with JJT Teams to deliver solutions and to manage escalations where needed for new demand or delays to committed dates on service requests
End-to-end IT risk management at the site including lifecycle management, information security, and GxP
Ensure incidents are followed up if/when needed for root cause investigation and preventative action
End user knowledge (e.g., training, technical writing) related to TS services
Vendor management associated with Ricoh/Xerox or any other vendors related to TS services
Supports TS financial reporting and analysis of site infrastructure costs
Accountable for TS services at the sites and the associated reliability and uptime of the site operations dependent on TS services
Fast response time to high-priority MLL requests

Delivery of Infrastructure Services and Application and platform Build (Development) and Run (Support) services.
