About the Job
As our Engineering Manager, you will be managing, leading from the front as well as developing a team of talented technically sound engineering professionals. Within the bounds of Technip Energies procedures and processes, define and organise streamlined and lean project execution practices suitable for minor project and engineering services within the region with a view to expand business based on local regional clients and project base in consultation with Technip Energies business development teams. With further growth plans, you will also be responsible for the resource planning & management as well as recruitment of new hires for succession planning, etc. Being on top of team members performance, developing the proficiency of working methods, technical training, career planning with Human Resources. Be the main point of contact and ambassador for Technical Engineering towards upper management, internal and external customers including Vendors and Subcontractors. Support business development in the identification and soliciting of new clients for minor projects and engineering services. Drive operational aspects of onshore/offshore contracts in the geographical region to create, sustain and expand a successful multi-disciplinary operation to high level of client satisfaction. Work closely with business development and tendering for the collation and submission of tenders for onshore/offshore contracts, providing technical project execution inputs.

About You
University Degree in Engineering and/or Commerce High level communications skills both written and verbal. Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry; preferably from engineering and/or EPC/EPCM background with 5 years project management Experience in preparation and negotiation of commercial and technical proposals for engineering and/or EPC/EPCM Projects.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team. The Engineering Manager is responsible for all aspects of the engineering function of the Kotzur Group. This includes overseeing a team of engineers and ensuring that all outputs are to the highest quality and produced in a timely manner.
About the role:
Your main responsibilities will be:
Manage the Engineering function of the business, including internal and external resources, and deliver on team outcomes
Manage R&D activities within the engineering and design context
Contribute to the business’ drive to continually improve all processes, systems and products
Encourage and engage in effective collaboration and coordination between relevant divisional areas within the business
Ensure that engineering activities meet best practice professional standards and guidelines
Ensure adequate level of project scope detail is achieved at the point of Project Handover
Maintain a strong customer focus in order to understand requirements and identify solutions.
