Opportunity Details:

• Contract Type: Locum Tenens
• Start Date: Immediate (minimal credentialing timeframe)
• Part-Time OR Full-Time Schedules (3-5 Days/Week)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
• Clinical Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, and Advanced Specialist Services

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and Treat Work-Related Injuries
• Perform Pre-Placement Exams and Physicals
• Conduct DOT Examinations
• Perform public safety and surveillance physical examinations for various private companies or government organizations
• Evaluate and treat urgent care patients of all ages on a walk-in basis
• Perform minor in-office procedures
• Communicate with employees and employers to provide exceptional medical guidance
• Maintain computerized patient charting

Candidate Requirements:

• Current Wisconsin State License
• Current and Unrestricted DEA Certification
• Preferred: 2+ Years of Recent Urgent Care Experience
• Ability to suture and read/interpret X-Rays
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Proficiency in treating patients of all ages
