In this role, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support in a call center environment. Duties include but are not limited to answering numerous inbound phone lines, email communication, outbound follow-up calls, system documentation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and monitoring the teams daily performance. You will:
- Motivating, coaching and developing team members
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer concerns
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Assist in monitoring inbound and outbound calls in all programs within the Engagement Center, to ensure quality, customer service and adherence to policies and procedures of the organization
- Provide input to management regarding workload volume and staffing needs
Essential Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Powerful customer focus; effective listener, a great attitude, professionalism, high level of energy
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop new and existing support agents
Desired Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent and persuasive communication skills, both oral and written
- Efficient computer and data entry skills; ability to learn new systems and programs quickly
