As a Manager of Commercial Banking at First Citizens you will carry on our tradition of developing and expanding complex commercial relationships in the Orlando market.

This is a leadership role that will manage a team of Commercial and/or Business Bankers to maximize business development efforts and positively impact profitability.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will get to:

Actively lead and manage a sales team to include defining expectations, inspecting pipelining activities and participating in calling efforts with the team.

Develop and implement sales strategies to accomplish short-term and long-term financial objectives, based on Executive strategic direction.

Be an active partner of the credit team and provide guidance to the team in order to maintain strong credit quality and effective deal processing.

Represent the Bank in various civic and community functions to further enhance the Bank's image and development of additional business.

* Maintain productive working relationships with Business Services partners and other corporate divisions; beneficially bringing sales partners into client relationships to manage the total financial services relationship for our customers and prospects.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with a minimum of 10 years commercial or business lending, credit or business development, or financial services management

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 14 years commercial or business lending, credit or business development, or financial services management

Additional Requirements:

Strong financial analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 4 years management experience.
