Responsibilities

The Relationship Service Advisor "RSA" supports / manages a portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing clients and is responsible for product and account servicing.

A key member of Relationship Management, the RSA serves as support for client deposit and cash management banking needs.

This individual will be responsible for the following essential functions:

Internal Partner Servicing

  • Partners with relationship advisor to facilitate new entity and account openings
    • Performs onboarding activities to include:
      • Inputs client data to open new accounts and services
      • Validates and reviews documentation received for accuracy and completeness
      • Coordinates hands offs to centralized teams for QC and implementation
    • Informs RAs on process requirements to proceed with client requests


Client Servicing
  • Acknowledge and orchestrate resolution of in-bound service tasks received from client or Relationship Advisor.
  • Facilitates servicing activities to include:
    • Notify clients of non-time sensitive account related items
    • Add, maintain, close accounts (inclusive of deposit, savings, liquidity products)
    • Maintain and close simple cash management product and services
    • Update client records to maintain accurate KYC details
    • Gather and review applicable documentation related to servicing requests
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in banking/financial services industry or customer service or High School/GED with 2-5 years of experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Client service experience and/or client support in financial services and/or products
  • High-level familiarity of banking products
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and complete multiple tasks in succession
