Job Description

ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a full-time Helpdesk Support to work with our client Hawaii's State Hospital in Kaneohe. Please review the details listed below:

Hourly Rate: $25

Desired start date: ASAP

Schedule:

1. Sunday - Thursday, from 8:00 am. - 5:00 pm.

2. Tuesday- Saturday, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Location: Hawaii State Hospital Human Resources Office, Kaneohe, Hawaii

Duration: Long-term

General Job Duties:

  • Independently provide technical support and assistance to departmental computer users in the use of a variety of computer equipment, systems, and applications.
  • Diagnosing and resolving a variety of computer-related problems.
  • Provide training to users on computer software.
  • Hardware and software installation and relocation of information technology equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Education and/or Experience:

  • Work experience demonstrating the ability to read and understand complex written materials such as rules, procedures, or policies; comprehend and apply written instructions; and to write simply and clearly.
  • Specialized experience demonstrating the use of personal computers, peripheral equipment (e.g., printers, modems, disk drives, etc.), and a variety of applications (e.g., word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheet, database management, etc.).
  • Specialized experience providing technical assistance and advice to users in resolving hardware and software problems and providing technical instruction and information.
