The role

Job Description Our APAC Finance team is recruiting for a CA/CPA qualified Senior Financial Accountant for Asia region who will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, statutory and tax reporting for 8 holding entities and will manage month end reporting and consolidation of Asia to Global Finance. Overseeing end to end accounting for eight different entities within the region.
Reviewing of balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global policies.
Handling statutory tax and other regulatory filings.
Conducting thorough reviews of balance sheet reconciliations.
Identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate reporting.
Serve as the first point of contact for all month-end queries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial inquiries promptly.
Qualifications CPA/CA Qualified: Demonstrated expertise in accounting principles and practices.
Experience in TM1 or Similar Reporting Systems: Familiarity with financial reporting tools.
Strong Technical Accounting Skills: Proficiency in handling complex financial transactions.
Experience in SOX Compliance and US GAAP: Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly across teams and regions.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting.
