About This Role:

Reporting to the director of field marketing, this temporary Marketing Manager role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that create relevant two-way interactions with local buyers to inform and influence their buying decisions and broader relationship with Forrester.

Job Description:
  • Support the development of annual and quarterly plans in partnership with regional marketing and sales teams.
  • Identify optimization opportunities.
  • Document and communicate best practices for program implementation across the regions, including recommendations for improvements.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the demand activities, including events, on a regular basis.
  • Capture and analyze local buyer insights gathered through human and non-human interactions.
  • Use buyer insights to segment and optimize target audiences.
  • Analyze local pipeline volume, performance, and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with other members of the team.
  • Research, choose, design, and manage live field events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Work with demand and field leadership to execute any pilots.
  • Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.


Job Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or marketing qualification.
  • At least five years of B2B marketing experience within demand or field marketing.
  • Experience in collaborating and working closely with a large sales team.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Salesforce, Eloqua and ON24 experience is a plus.
  • Experience in hosting events, from planning to execution and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders.


This is a temporary role. Please note that the base salary range listed here is inclusive of all potential US geographies listed in the requisition; base salary will be dependent on primary working location and the individual's skills compared to the requirements of the role. At Forrester, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.

Annual base salary range: $76,000 - $124,000

Bonus target: this position is a temporary position and is therefore not eligible to participate in Forrester's variable incentive programs.
