Academic Partnerships assists primarily regional universities in increasing their access and impact by making their academic programs available to students online. Main Responsibilities
  • Define and establish strategic planning processes, plans, priorities and measures of success.
  • Develop and/or maintain strategic roadmap and assigned strategic dashboards/tracking mechanisms.
  • Manage calendar and cadence of strategic Plan development.
  • Coordinate strategic planning logistics (e.g., discovery sessions, analysis refinement, customer facing content, etc.) including SME engagement.
  • Support Account Owners and SMEs with information gathering, as well as creation of a variety of reports, action plans, presentations, etc.
  • Coordinate with and engage SMEs on story development, key data, talking points, and materials needed to successfully present to customers.
  • Coordinate and prepare any required reporting on strategic plans.
  • Manage all logistics related to template development and updates, storage and access of account plans.
  • Oversee preparation of proposals, support RFP team in preparing RFP packages and presentation materials.
  • Drive production of artifacts for Deal desk and other internal approval processes.
  • Support Forecast / Budget process by being the voice of Partner Management team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data analytics, Business or other relative disciplines
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Working knowledge of CRM and Data visualization tools (Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with data modeling and data analysis
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working effectively with senior management including executive level presentations.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong problem-solving orientation.
  • Experience working on highly analytical projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Takes initiative and is flexible to change.
