Job Title: Sr. Product Manager

Job Duties: Ensure customers have the appropriate tools available in The Trade Desk platform to customize their advertising campaign setup, troubleshooting and management to launch successful advertising campaigns. Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers and business stakeholders to create customer advertising campaigns and mange user-interface. Work with business stakeholders to understand how The Trade Desk's customers use The Trade Desk's digital advertising software products and understand their needs to complete daily tasks. Engage with customers worldwide to gather feedback and feature requirements for customer campaigns and document the digital advertising features. Work with designers, developers, product managers and business stakeholders to write software requirements for user-interface (UI) and application-programming interfaces (API) that enable users to make large scale updated to digital advertising campaigns. Responsible for developing customer software roadmap based on the feedback gathered across business stakeholders, including interface and workflows for end customers to setup and run advertising campaigns, data visualizations to help guide customer decisions, creative asset management (such as display and video ads) and tooling for troubleshooting.

Salary: $181,800 - $272,600/year

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have two (2) years of experience with: self-directed, end-to-end contributions to impact software projects in partnership with UX; contributing to discussions about implementation trade-offs with software engineers; writing and preparing product requirements, strategic briefs, and executive presentations; and communicating across teams and stakeholders to deliver a product to market, including providing regular reports to leadership on product choices, trade-offs, risks, and timelines, as well as keeping designers, engineers, researchers, writers, and marketers aligned over the course of product definition and delivery. Must have one (1) year of experience with B2B, AdTech, or MarTech.

NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only: In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
