We are looking for a mission driven Nurse Supervisor to join our team! The Nurse Supervisor coordinates and manages patient flow. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants and Health Assistants. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the medical clinic and performs, in conjunction with the Director of Nursing, the administrative duties necessary to meet the goals of the assigned department or clinic.
This is a full-time position working between Cass Medical Clinic in Plattsmouth and our Medical Mobile Clinic. The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
To ensure the safety of our patients, employees, and communities, OneWorld Community Health Centers is recommending all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited school required; Bachelor's Degree (BSN) preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska required; or license eligibility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Two or more years of nursing experience required.
- One or more years of leadership/management experience preferred.
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products required; experience with an Electronic Health Record preferred.
- Proficiency in English required; proficiency in Spanish preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a skilled facilitator and problem solver.
- Demonstrated ability to relate with warmth and empathy to OneWorld patients and staff.
- Personal vehicle - Driver's license required.
