Description

Join Align Production Systems, a company with a long history of success and experiencing growth in automation and AGV technologies. Seeking a resource in organizational administration to accommodate our continued growth. The Office Administrator facilitates the operation of the organization by performing a variety of organizational and administrative tasks.

*SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:*
* Strong computer skills/ability to learn multiple platforms is a MUST!
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong knowledge of administrative/logistics procedures and systems.
* Experience working with existing vendor relationships to coordinate logistics of shipment to and from facility.
* Highly driven troubleshooter.
* Manage office communication systems, including telephone and email, and provide technical assistance as needed.
* Assist with Human Resource Specialist services, including employee training, meeting support, and recordkeeping.
* Support the Director of Human Resources in reviewing and revising operational, administrative, and personnel policies.
* Assist in staff recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes while maintaining communication with leadership.

*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE*
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Four-year degree in related field preferred.
* Five plus years of experience in an administrative role preferred.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* (other duties may be assigned)
*Human Resources Duties (15-25 hrs)*
* Post and Monitor Job Postings; recruitment activities
* Administer on-boarding and off-boarding employees
* Maintain employee records
* Benefits Administration
* Assist HR director as needed with special projects and events

*Administrative Duties (5-10hrs)*
* Direct incoming callers to correct department
* Print job packets for manufacturing
* Process orders for office supplies

*Accounting Duties (10-15hrs)*
* Run Bi-Weekly Payroll
* Timecard Audit
* Enter check register in bank portal, bank reconciliation and check runs
* Other related duties to support the accounting department

*LANGUAGE SKILLS*
* Excellent English ability
* Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.

*WORK ENVIRONMENT*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
