Job Details:
- Schedule: 7 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Friday
- Pay: $19.61/hr
As an Industrial Cost Analyst, you'll work closely with plant and financial management to analyze and manage manufacturing operation costs efficiently. Your responsibilities include developing and analyzing production and inventory variances, serving as a liaison with Inventory Coordinators, and ensuring accurate inventory transactions. Essential tasks involve collaborating with operational teams, monitoring inventory movements, creating costing models, evaluating profit and cost efficiencies, tracking unit costs, conducting cost development and roll, reviewing cost trends, preparing operational reports, and performing ad hoc analyses as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
- Extensive experience in various manufacturing environments and with all levels of management.
- A proactive approach to changing situations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with skills in spreadsheet management and financial model-building.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
