The Organisation
We are currently seeking multiple Customer Service Officers for our client operating in the Transport and Logistics Industry. Located in Pymble, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly talented and motivated team. This role is a 6-month Temp with the views for extension to 6 months, or potential for permanency.
The successful applicant will work with our corporate clients assisting in their Customer Service team. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer the best service experience, will be best suited to the role.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely manner and to appropriate quality standards
Ability to multitask in a call centre environment and take ownership of personal development and customer service core competencies
Comprehensively learn and understand companies products, processes and systems
Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a similar administrative or customer support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A willingness to learn and grow within the team
The role operates from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. You must be able to start immediately, and be able to work on-site at Pymble for the duration of the 6 month contract.
