Demonstrated experience and expertise in user facing systems such as drivers' cabs, passenger saloon, accessibility (DSAPT), noise and experience with the application of user-centred design principles.
Relevant experience in application of systems thinking and systems engineering in an engineering environment and the ability to identify potential technical issues, manage risk (SFAIRP), propose risk mitigation actions and to research, document and report on technical matters pertaining to proposed solutions.

About the Role
The PMO Change Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and delivering change programs to support the various PMO frameworks that will drive delivery consistency across the DoT projects. The role sits within the Delivery Capability team of the Portfolio Assurance Branch and is responsible for developing the Change Management Plans to support the delivery of the DTP PMO Roadmap, implementation of specific project delivery assurance, capability & governance frameworks, Project Portfolio Management systems, tools, processes, training and other materials. The role will work across the entire Portfolio Management Office as a change management subject matter expert to provide advice and guidance to leadership and project delivery teams.

Position Outcomes / Accountabilities
You will develop change plans facilitating the implementation of new applications and frameworks within DTP, encompassing the creation and deployment of essential resources like guides, training, and system/process support. Execute ongoing roadmaps to enhance project capabilities spanning sponsorship, governance, change management, scheduling, financials, risk management, and investment lifecycle understanding.
In addition, you will deliver high-quality communication and training materials to senior leadership and delivery teams, driving the adoption of frameworks and project portfolio tools whilst fostering close collaboration with key DTP stakeholders, offering expert guidance to Project Sponsors, Executive Directors, and Directors responsible for project management and provide specialized change management counsel to leadership within the Portfolio Management Office, offering insights, analysis, and recommendations for informed decision-making.

About the Role

The Future Public Transport Ticketing (FPTT) System will ensure Victoria has a ticketing system that is fit for purpose for 15 years and beyond to meet customers' expectations and the challenges of the transport network, while facilitating the efficient collection of fare revenues and unlocking potential benefits.
The FPTT system will replace the existing Myki system with Account Based Ticketing (ABT), where customer information is stored in a centralised back office system. ABT will enable greater travel choice for customers as well as flexibility to implement fare and policy changes quickly and to introduce new products. The FPTT system will be rolled out progressively. The Change Management workstream is responsible for organisational change management and business operational readiness activities to support the FPTT program.
