Seeking Office Administrator . Individual must have current QuickBooks experience and be able to handle bank reconciliation, invoicing and accounts receivable using QuickBooks to be considered. A short QB test will be given to all candidates interviewed.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office, work well with others and be able to multi-task. Must be easy-going, adaptable, quality conscious and professional. Experience with QuickBooks inventory management helpful but not required.

Primary job responsibilities include:
Invoicing clients and accounts receivable
Customer relations including walk ins, call ins, email correspondence and some inside sales
Bank reconciliation, bill payments, and payroll
Vendor relations
Inside sales and answering phones.
Some travel for national trade show may be required.
