Job Description

Full-time administrative assistant needed for San Francisco based international property development firm. The ideal candidate for this position needs to be self motivated and customer service oriented.  Professional manner is a must.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year office experience preferred.
- must be fluent in speaking  Mandarin Chinese 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook or Outlook Express.
- Basic book-keeping skills required

-USA passport holder

Skill Requirements:
- Capability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team Player and work independently when required.
- Excellent oral and written English/Chinese communication skills.

-customer experience and capability in handling pressures.

Responsibilities:
- All aspects of office administration.

- Real estate business related administration work including rent collection and etc.

-Corresponding to residents, preparation of all reporting documentation, and the scheduling of vendors.
