As an Office Assistant at fairivy.com, you will provide customer service to existing customers as well as help with basic day to day operations of the company.

This is a part time position, that can be done remotely. This position would commence May 1st.

Qualities we are looking for:

  • proper phone and great email etiquette

  • organization and an analytical mindset

  • Experience with email mailing programs (mailing lists)

  • Experience with pinterest, twitter and media (media manager)

  •  
  • Fashion experience a plus

  • SEO experience a plus

  • CRM experience is a plus

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing monthly newsletter to customers (bi-weekly newsletters)

  • Manage social media accounts (pintrest, fb, twitter)

  • Emailing people with failed cc’s

  • Connecting with influencers (reviewers, blogs, magazines, etc.)

  • Writing general emails to customers and vendors

  • Converting old clients/expired clients

  • Manage lists of vendors we interact with

  • Finding new vendors to interact with
