The successful candidate will have excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Out-look and Access. The candidate will also be responsible for meeting coordination and preparation, schedule maintenance & organization, proof-reading of materials, schedul-ing appointments (both in-house and external), graphic design assistance, data entry supporting program, membership, and development work of the association, and work-ing to ensure internal and external YMCA member satisfaction. This position requires a highly organized individual with proven skills in telephone etiquette, word processing, filing, accuracy with numbers and information and the ability to work independently to handle a multitude of tasks. The individual must be able to pay attention to detailed work and be willing to take responsibility for close follow up work. An Associates De-gree in a business related field or three years related work experience is recommended.
