We seek an Inside Sales and Marketing Associate to join our marketing and sales team.   In this position, you will play an important role in WIN Learning’s business development efforts -- from establishing initial contact with prospects to facilitating follow-up activities that lead to new business.  As part of the broader sales and marketing team, this position also seeks and cultivates leads for the sales team through email and social media campaigns and telephone calls. It’s a diverse role with responsibilities divided into approximately 25% marketing and 75% inside sales.

A creative thinker who understands traditional, digital and social media marketing combined with strong sales skills will be a great fit for this position. Our ideal candidate will also be confident self-starter with:

·       BS/BA degree

·       1-2 years of experience B2B sales and/or marketing

·       Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal)

·       Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams to maximize results

·       Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities while working towards an established goal

·       Track record of success

·       Strong computer skills -- Microsoft Office Product suite, social media, etc.

Experience in making cold calls to potential customers and/or expertise lead generation and follow-up will be a real plus.
