Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to be our Client Service Associate supporting multiple Financial Advisors in their daily functions. This is an entry-level position with growth potential.

 

Responsibilities:

The position will be responsible with primarily client service, opening new accounts, attending and assisting with preparation of client events, disbursement and collection of client monies, handling routine inquiries and communicating with clients on a daily basis. The Client Service Associate will be a key contributor to client satisfaction and client retention, both of which are essential to growth in revenue and profitability. In addition, to the extent that the applicant can handle most routine matters involving account administration and maintenance, the time of Financial Advisors can be better focused on asset gathering and revenue generating opportunities. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

The ability and motivation to rapidly acquire knowledge about products, procedures, regulations, and policies is required. Familiarity and skill with common computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel is expected. Successful completion of Series 7 and Series 63/65 or 66 registrations is helpful but not required.  The position also requires well-developed self-management, social, and communication skills to deal positively and constructively with clients and other employees in stressful situations. Strong attention to organization, detail, and effective use of time is also required.

 

Education Requirements:

A college degree or equivalent experience in the financial services industry is desired but not mandatory.
