Mosaic has an exciting opportunity to show off your unique skill set that incorporates your love for innovating technologies and retail sales.  We are currently seeking a highly driven professional to be part of the Samsung Retail Team.


The Samsung Retail Sales Representative will be expected to empower the consumer using device discovery. They will drive an interactive consumer experience by promoting and selling the newest Samsung mobile devices, phones, tablets and cameras. The Part-Time Samsung Retail Sales Representative will also work closely with the other Sales Representatives as well as store personnel to build and maintain strong relationships, and to support needs to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a significant impact on sales and improve the customer buying experience
  • Conduct memorable consumer facing activities - key features, assist customers with setup of devices and trouble shoot issues
  • Maintain knowledge of all client products in order to be a subject matter expert onsite
  • Conduct product training and knowledge transfer for sales reps to facilitate customer engagement and sales
  • Build brand presence through interaction with retailer through merchandising, display maintenance and some POP and plan-o-gram compliance
  • Manage performance against established sales goals
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to reason and take action in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment
  • Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines


The Samsung Retail Sales Representative position is part of an ongoing program (beginning with a contract).

We are actively looking for full time and part time Brand representatives to be part of our on-going retail team in all regions across Canada


Do you have the following qualifications?

  • Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology gadgets
  • Naturally inquisitive and stays current with latest technology
  • Minimum of 1 year working in a retail environment
  • Wireless and or/ pc retail sales and/or training experience is a plus
  • Experience working with any of the larger wireless carriers is a plus
  • Post-Secondary Degree or comparable certification is a plus
  • Independent and motivated team player
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting, stretching, and bending
  • Daily access to a PC computer with internet/email access
  • Ability to commute to assigned store and arrive on time for assigned shifts.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Android/Social Media Applications (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Blogs).
