Customer Service Representative

About the Job

The Center for Public Management has immediate job openings for Customer Service Representatives to serve as the main source of customer interface for incoming calls at the CARE Call Center. The CSR identifies customer needs; answers questions and provides information; and maintains level of knowledge and skills to complete call center transactions.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent of combination of education/job related experience (optional)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and deal with stressful situations

Preferred but optional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Experience in a call center environment
Proficiency in use of project database to track calls
