Our company is a successful retail and distribution network selling accessories, furniture and lighting. We offer a wide range of services and work with each client individually for his tastes of making the furniture, lighting and accessories.


 Additional accountabilities for the Administrative Assistant include:

 . Maintaining highly confidential records and preparing related reports

 . Communicate with outside vendors to order supplies

 .  Receive and sort mail, courier packages, arrange courriers on behalf of staff.    .  Track packages, etc. Issue purchase orders for courier packages

 . Processing applications for training certification, tracking and scheduling  specific training requirements and ordering and tracking of Personal Protective Equipment.

 . Upkeep of client data base. Sourcing information for Account Executives as requested.

 .  Assist accounting deparment with bank reconciliations, post vendor invoices, issuing invoices as requested by staff, cross referencing cheques and invoices.


 Qualifications for the position include:

 . Post-secondary diploma or certificate in administration is preferred.

 . A minimum of 1 years administrative experience.

 . In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 . A willingness to learn new skills and serve as support in a number of capacities.

 . Proven organizational skills with the ability to deal with competing priorities and manage time appropriately.

 . Strong customer service orientation.

 . The ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff and management.

 . Previous experience working for retail and wholesale store  firm would be an asset.
