Wound Care Solutions, Inc. is a local, independently owned and operated Durable Medical Equipment provider offering a line of products to assist in the prevention and treatment of skin breakdown. Our sister companies join us in our mission to provide a patient-centric approach to care and reduce patient mortality, improve patient outcomes and reduce health care costs.






As a Customer Care Coordinator you will:

Be the first point of contact for referral sources (physicians, nursing facilities, home health agencies), account managers, billing, medical documents, patients, and families to ensure we are meeting the needs of the patients.  Our goal is to provide products for wound prevention and treatment so our patients can have a comfortable life at home not in the hospital.



-No previous work experience required.

-You must be compassionate, have a sense of fulfillment when you know you are impacting someone's life.

-Enthusiastic by having a positive attitude every day.

-Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of microsoft excel.

-Bachelor's degree.

Regular business hours schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (some Saturdays on a rotational basis)


Our trendy loft is located in the West Loop Area of Chicago and is near public transportation: Damen bus, pink, orange and green line stop on Ashland Avenue.
