Our company has an Receptionist / Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk/Admin Officer/Data Entry/customer service/Payroll opportunity
Summary: Perform administrative duties to support the Accounting and Finance Department in all aspect of accounts payable, reconciliation of checks and assist in the maintenance of departmental files.

Duties and Responsibilities include
* Receive invoices via scan.
* Review for appropriate documentation and approvals before processing.
* Enter invoices into TimberScan (automated payable system) for multiple entities before
posting into the Timberline Accounting System.
* Scan invoices received or processed at the corporate office.
* Process, print, organize and mail all checks and any related document by Friday of each week.
* Open and distribute department mail.
* Track W9's and Certificate of Insurance needed for vendor set-up.
* Prepare insurance expiration reports and distribute to Managers.
* Maintain accurate records and files.
* Follow up with Managers and Vendors with respect to any payable issue through researching
statements and resolving discrepancies under the direction of Project Accountant and Controller.
* Answer inquiries from vendors and/or managers.
* Handle special projects and/or other job related duties as required

Experience in an Accounts Payable environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
QuickBooks or Peachtree Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills Friendly and personable demeanor Must be confident and able to work in a fast-paced, Team Player mentality

Must have strong organizational skills, high level of concentration and attention to detail. Strong math ability, computer and extensive data entry skills. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; familiar with accounting software packages . Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize to meet strict deadline requirements and adjust schedule as necessary to accommodate fast-paced, growing company. Employee must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions, must be able to get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes, and be able to accept supervision in a positive and constructive manner
