Seeking a dynamic administrative professional to step into a critical support role within the organization. Present the face of the company and also present the voice of the company. Position is full time. 

Expectations and Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Take and relay messages accurately
• Greet persons entering organization in a positive and professional manner
• Direct persons to correct destination
• Complete tasks within specified deadlines and manage and maintain calendars, schedule, plan, and coordinate events and meetings, including research and preparation of meeting materials
• Compose routine correspondences, reports, forms and other materials
• Serve as a contact with vendors and assist with internal moves 
• Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• Maintain and update office supplies & inventory list 
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail 
• Arrange meetings, schedule appointments and travel arrangements as requested
• General administrative and clerical support (filing, data entry, etc.)
• Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
• Proven ability to manage small projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines 
• In-depth ability to prioritize multiple assignments
• Able to handle confidential information of highest level.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Maintain the Front Desk neat and tidy

Preferred Skills/Education and Experience:
•  Minimum 3 years experience in an Administrative Support Role
•  Strong Writting Skills 

Light Bookkeeping a plus
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) Typing 45 wpm
• Must have a positive attitude at all times and must be able to communicate in a professional manner 
• Strong oral communications skills including ability to listen to and interact with a diverse group of people. 
• Immense ability to maintain a good working relationship with all co-workers, vendors, clients and the public. 
The ability to interact with all levels of management and to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority
• Excellent ability to deal effectively with a variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise 
• Sound ability to learn, interpret, and apply policies, procedures, and resolutions
• Must be able to multi-task and Detail Oriented. Strong writing skills
• Must have excellent time management skills & organizational skills
• Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
