French Speaking Dealer Services Representative 

The Dealer Services Representatives provide support to Authorized Spyder Accounts in Canada, Consumers and internal departments throughout the country.  Our Dealer Services department offers the highest level of service and support for our continually growing account base.  We provide world-class customer care to our accounts, quality service and support to resolve all customer inquiries and requests.  We provide a friendly, knowledgeable high level of service to strive for the best customer service.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responds to all customer questions via telephone and written correspondence.  Strong attention to detail accurately enters data and resolves all customer issues and questions for all orders.  Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various departments both externally and internally to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.  Researches and analyzes data to address customer service needs.  Provides all external and internal customers with requested information and maintains proper backup information. 

Must have a positive, dynamic attitude with the ability to interact professionally with others.

Must build excellent relationship with accounts and have the ability to multi-task.

Ability to handle occasional stressful conversations with customers that are consistent with a customer service role.

 

Qualifications:

•     Must be fluent in French.

•     Excellent Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

•     Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

•     Ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced, changing environment

•     Extremely strong attention to detail

•     Ability to work under pressure in a high demanding deadline environment

•     Flexibility to work additional hours including weekends, holidays and evenings

•     Self-Starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•     A highly developed sense of integrity and a commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction

•     Self-motivated individual willing to think outside the box and strive for excellence

•     Basic computing and keyboarding skills

•     Strong communication skills including active listening
