Predominantly a phone-based sales position, your initial duties will be cold calling for new business. Hours are 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday - based around our customers.


The position is salary plus commission with medical, dental, vision, life, flex spending and 401K available. Good customers service skills and punctually are a must. A positive attitude, receptiveness to training, and knowing how to speak to other business professionals on the phone will allow you to flourish with Capital.  We are not looking for applicants to just punch the clock and take up a seat. With our training methods, you quickly will be providing a service other companies need, and make money at the same time. Your initiative and time invested will dictate your commission. 


Applicants with no sales experience are welcome. Training is provided to all new hires who present the attitude and ambition Capital is looking for. Please include your last five years of experience on your resume and please keep it under two pages in length. Thank you for your consideration.
