The Administrative/Development Assistant will report to the Executive Director and work with all members of staff to assist with the administration, fundraising, and all programs and services of the agency. The Administrative/Development Assistant is accountable to, and supervised by, the Executive Director and provides clerical assistance and office services.


-Assists the Executive Director in organization, management and implementation of agency business including financial records and reports. Maintains agency business files. Duties include bookkeeping, including preparation of deposits, and the timely payment of bills.
-Answers telephones; serves as initial point of contact ; and manages mail pickup and distribution. Responds to requests for information and communicates with Clients.
-Maintains agency mailing lists, including regular updating of agency databases. Conducts all bulk mailings and prepares acknowledgements for Executive Director's signature.
