JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant

JOB SUMMARY: As an Administrative Assistant you will be accountable for answering customer calls from our inbound call center, dispatching of calls to technicians in the field, processing orders and paperwork, data entry, performing accounts receivable collection calls to existing customers, and data correction. Teamwork is an essential element to the success of this position. The ability to multitask in an efficient manner is a must for the Administrative Assistant. This position is not designed to have direct contact with medical patients and or medical equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Provide customer service over office phones for current and prospective medical facilities and patients
    Take orders from said facilities/customers for medical equipment
    Input patient, facility, and or equipment data
    Place collection calls to facilities and or customers for billing department
    Evaluate patient, facility, and equipment data from spreadsheets & account software
    Provide information about pricing, services, and equipment to customers
    Assist corporate office personnel in a variety of projects in a timely fashion

 Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

 

    BS/BA degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
    21 years of age or older.
    Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent customer service focus and the ability to work as member in team-oriented environment.
    Strong oral and written communication skills.
    Very effective organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
    Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and project concurrently.
    Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products.
    Must have a flexible work schedule with weekend availability.
