Hanley Group was founded in 2008 by Tim Hanley.  Tim’s relevant experience includes ten years of C level recruiting  of Accounting and Finance professionals combined with commercial bank lending experience.  Prior to founding the firm, Tim Hanley was Recruiting Director for Tatum Partners. Tatum was the largest interim national CFO placement firm deploying project Chief Financial officers and positions supporting the CFO.  Tim has over ten years of direct experience in recruiting.  Tim’s expertise placing senior C level candidates focused on tapping into industry specific expertise and best in class candidates with prior experience working for middle market firms.

Tim also has over five years of experience financing companies as a VP of Finance in Banking. Tim was financing early stage and middle market companies as Vice President for Guaranty Bank & Trust Company and also for Wells Fargo.  Prior to Banking, Tim was Director of Operations and for The Rouse Company. Rouse owned and managed over seventy major shopping centers and office buildings across the U.S.
