This role is responsible for: Screening resumes Data entry of resumes into Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Conducting reference checks Scheduling and setting up interviews This is a rare opportunity to join a first class company in the USA / CANADA.

Process Payroll
* Provide general administrative and clerical support
* Provide administrative support to for day-to-day operations as well as individual projects as needed.
 * Manage department budget.
* Open, sort and distribute mail, fax documents, keep files,order office supplies and maintain supplies.
* Organize administrative systems to support department members including filing/records retention and other functions as required.
* Schedule conference room usage.
* Manage staff calendars, updating monthly schedule, and arrange Payment itinerary and related activities.
* Prepare presentation materials.
* Telephone coverage as assigned.
* Other duties related to the above as assigned
*Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies? Excellent computer skills.
And Ready To do Payroll Duty in mailing out Check to Client That need to be paid.
* Must Have Computer , Scanner , Check Software , Check Paper , Also Account with FedEx , USPS . For Check dispatch.
