Xerox is partners with a major wireless company, so, here in our site, it is an inbound call center and our agents take the calls if people have questions about their cell phone bills, need technical support, want to order new equipment, etc.

For the position we require that you have complete open availability as we are here 7 days per week from 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Training is a set schedule from Tuesday through Saturday and you are paid at $10.00 per hour. After your probation period, you move on to something that is more performance based (attendance, quality and average handle time) where you can make up to $13.00 per hour. We also offer unlimited overtime with medical benefits and 401K after 60 days.
