Responsibilities

 

-Handling the process of applying Global GSK Real Estate Strategy in Egypt which will enable smart working through facilitating interaction, integration, and team work; hence connecting people, giving communities choices, and permitting more flexibility thereby boosting efficiency to align with Global GSK strategy all over the world

* Organizing the work flow to simply operations and eliminate bottle necks

*Consolidating financial statements to include all projected logistical costs

* Cascading the global strategy to all GSK offices in different governorates

*Negotiating all office leasing contracts to merge exciting and cut on cost

*Establishing a comprehensive investment proposal to include the renovation plan needed for         headquarters and all offices

-Supervising all company cars, a total of 800 cars, for all employees at the Commercial, Consumer, Scientific Offices, and both Global Manufacturing Sites

*Initiating a new car delivery project that allows employees to select their own cars with respect to the stated policy and safety measures

*Authorizing new negotiating quotations and dealing with insurance companies

*Examining the frequency and types of vehicle accidents and maintaining detailed records for providing full accident analysis and tracking trends

*Conducting proper investigations and reports with cooperation with EHS Dept to prevent recurrence of incidents and take corrective & preventive actions

*Ensuring proper training is conducting to all company drivers to adhere with the Global EHS and ISO standards

*Controlling all car maintenance making sure policy is applied and monitoring all maintenance expenses

*Managing car lease for events and conferences while bidding for the best price, yet commit to GSK’s image and safety measures

*Inspecting for the average fuel consumption for all the field force according their assigned area and managing fuel coupons

* Overseeing more than 50 suppliers and making sure receiving best offers and the suitable deductions, and completing ABAC ( Anti-Bribery Corruption Forms) for all suppliers to ensure adherence rules and regulations

 

 

 

-Assigned by HRD to be the ABAC (Anti bribery anti corruption) Champion for the Human resources department with all its activities and function 

*Completing all ABAC and Due Diligence procedures meanwhile liaising with the concerned corporate High Risk Management Department in UK to finalize vendor opening and contract completion

 

-Preparing different paperwork under the scope of the administration, tailored specifically to the department needs

*Drafting different Contracts for different suppliers for Admin Department

*Reviewing the accrual expenses for Admin Dept. to be provided to Finance Department

* Originating monthly, quarterly & yearly analysis highlighting all expenses paid by Admin Department
