Brazos Valley Cheese, LLC

Brazos Valley Cheese is a leading artisan cheesemaker located in Central Texas. We make handcrafted, award-winning cheeses on our 550 acre farm along the Brazos River. We farm our land with horses without using chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We raise local, fresh, organic, "slow food" … the way it ought to be!

Our cheese shop is located on our farm. We make about 2,500 pounds of cheese every week and use traditional aging methods in our cheese cave  to enhance the unique and complex flavor profiles of our raw cow milk cheeses. We have six award-winning cheeses that are internationally recognized by the American Cheese Society.
