We are currently searching for Field Sales Representatives who have the right personality and work ethic to be successful in this fast paced environment.   The Field Sales Rep. will be responsible for achieving executional and financial sales targets through the efforts of him or her self and that of the assigned distributors. This position will require you to think big, work hard and move forward at a rapid pace with a company that is doing the same.

  • Gain new and improve existing distribution of Villager Goods in all segments of trade
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow through while developing rapport with new and existing accounts
  • Execute against monthly priorities and incentives as outlined and identified by sales management
  • Effectively conduct professional sales presentations

·       Conduct weekly ride withs to motivate and train distributor sales force

·       Regularly survey market to inspect distributor execution and market opportunities

·       Coordinate and execute market POS needs to effectively impact the market within given budget

  • Submit all required paperwork (examples - preplans, surveys, expense reports, etc.) in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and others you come into contact with through your job

·       Ensure proper inventory of product to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded

·       Analyze monthly sales reports to identify opportunities, under performing accounts or potential loss of distribution
