looking for office support person to assist with appointment setting, client follow-up and general office duties. Strong candidate should be personable, maintain good phone presence and have a strong working knowledge of basic Quickbooks entry and Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel, Outlook. Job will based from home with log-in to company server. Time management skills and strong, non-monitored work ethics required

Requirements
Excellent Communication skills - Written and Verbal
Ability to write well and proof read
Polished Appearance
MS Word, Excel, Type at least 60 wpm
Good Attendance; Punctuality
