TRAINING PROGRAM
At National Securities, we consider long term training to be one of our key competitive advantages. We’re committed to acquiring and developing the best talent available to grow our company. National Securities offers one of the few formal Financial Advisor/Sales training programs remaining on Wall St. If not already licensed, we will sponsor you and pay for your Series 7, 63, and 65 classes.
The program utilizes a three pronged approach:

  • (i) Sales Training
  • (ii) Industry Best Practices
  • (iii) Market/Economic Knowledge

The training is implemented in a hands-on, highly structured environment by senior executives. We will educate you on the leading industries, sectors, and companies as well as how to identify the keys to performance. Over 1,000 people have been through our program and many have gone on to become million dollar producers.

COMPENSATION
We offer a package that consists of a base salary, commission, plus bonus along with significant upside earnings potential. After successful completion of the training program, and based on performance you may have the opportunity to work as a junior partner on our team. For those with outstanding attributes the opportunity exists to be promoted to a senior level position within our firm.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify, you should be:

  • Ambitious
  • Motivated
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to create significant personal wealth

You must possess: trust and integrity, must maintain strict client and investment confidentiality in accordance with regulatory standards of privacy and compliance. We prefer our stock brokers/financial advisors to have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following majors:

  • Business
  • Finance
  • Economics
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Communications
  • Marketing

Relevant work experience is a plus but not required. Individuals, who are hardworking, disciplined, driven, and motivated will have the best chance for success. You must have full command of the English language and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. This is a sales job with unlimited upside.
