He details the evolution that had to take place in order for College Recruiter to be what it is today, including being the first niche job board to successfully switch from traditional duration-based advertising to programmatic performance-based advertising.

Gordon and Steven discuss The Great Resignation and how the previous mindset employers had of ‘show up, shut up and do your work’ is no longer acceptable. Steven explains, “Employers are discovering they have to make a choice. They could either treat employees like crap or they could pay them like crap but they can’t do both and be fully staffed.”
