For the past seven years, Glassdoor has awarded its Employees’ Choice Awards to honor the 50 best places to work.  For 2015, the 35th best place to work was Ford Motor Company.

The home of Ford Motor Company is located in Dearborn, Michigan.  As an international auto manufacturer founded by Henry Ford in June 1903, Ford’s focus is on selling automobiles and commercial vehicles using its own brand, and selling luxury automobiles using the Lincoln brand.   Forbes has described Ford as “the most important industrial company in the history of the United States.”  As of 2014, Ford has around 187,000 employees.
