For the past seven years, Glassdoor has awarded its Employees’ Choice Awards to honor the 50 best places to work.  For 2015, the 31st best place to work was NBCUniversal Inc.

Previously referred to as NBCUniversal Media LLC, NBC Universal Inc., and National Broadcasting Company, Inc., NBCUniversal Inc. is a U.S. media and entertainment company producing and marketing content based on news, entertainment, and information products and services to customers around the world. The headquarters of the company are located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City at Rockefeller’s Plaza in the Comcast Building.  Also called NBCU or NBCUni, the company has ownership and operation of American television networks, cable channels, a group of local U.S. stations, motion picture companies, television production companies, and branded theme parks.  The formation of NBCU took place in April 2004 with a merger between General Electric’s NBC and Vivendi’s Vivendi Universal Entertainment.
