A great way to know if an employer offers a great place to work is to ask the people who know the organizations best — their employees. For the past seven years, Glassdoor has awarded its Employees’ Choice Awards to honor the 50 best places to work.  For 2015, the 15th best place to work was Southwest Airlines Co.

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas is Southwest Airlines Co., a major airline company in the United States and the biggest low-cost carrier worldwide.  The airline was founded in 1967 and employs close to 46,000 workers and provides over 3,400 flights each day.  Southwest currently carries more domestic passengers than any other airline in the U.S.  Starting back in November 2014, Southwest is scheduled to serve 93 destinations in 41 states, Puerto Rico, and other countries.
