Geoffrey Dubiski, MS CIR CDR, Practice Leader, HR Transformation and Talent Management at Sumner Grace

Geoffrey Dubiski is a seasoned operational HR executive with 20 years of experience of supply side and corporate user aspects of talent acquisition, talent management and workforce planning.

As a part of their executive advisory practice Geoffrey has led HR transformation projects that have brought their client’s talent acquisition and talent management process and ROI to the forefront of business operations. These projects support people, process and technology for recruitment/talent acquisition (TA), learning and organizational development (L&OD) and HR technology / information systems (HRIS/HRIT) and alignment of HR business partners. Considerations for build/buy, engaging RPO and other outsourcing efforts were completed through business case development and significant ROI analysis.

Each of the three #truCollegeRecruiter events are aimed at corporate recruiters and other talent acquisition leaders who are involved in the hiring of college and university students and recent graduates as well as complementary technology developers and vendors.
