ningcontentWhile many people continue to lose their jobs in this recession, they are wondering which companies are hiring, and the type of candidates they want. Some companies are looking for more diversity in the workplace; these diverse candidates are willing to adapt to change and work with a variety of people on the job. In this economy, employers only want to hire the best candidates for entry level jobs. That means college students and recent graduates need to have the skills and qualities relevant to the jobs they’re looking for. An article I read for this blog talked about one MBA graduate who took her internship and turned it into a full-time job.
